Clarke Foster


Clarke is currently working at a water sanitation and hygiene NGO based in Calgary, the Centre for Affordable Water and Sanitation Technology. He is also a board member of the Alberta Council for Global Cooperation.

Clarke graduated from Dalhousie University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts Combined Honours in International Development Studies and Political Science. His senior thesis was titled “Making ‘Peace At Any Price’ Worth the Price: a Protracted Social Conflict Analysis of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Dayton Peace Accords, and Post-Dayton Peacebuilding”. Clarke has studied in Sweden, South Korea, and Cuba, and previous to Dalhousie, lived and studied aboard the tall ship S/V Concordia.
